Due to the nature of this product, returns will not be accepted. Any packages returned via mail will be discarded in the trash. Replacements will be issued for defects. Simply email the FMD store and explain your situation.

Replacements or refunds will not be issued for customers that guess their size without referencing the FMD websites sizing guidance. How to Measure for Size

The FMD store is committed to providing you the best product and experience possible. If you are unhappy in any way please reach out to us within 30 days and we will make it right or give you a refund. You will be asked to send a photo of the devise cut into pieces prior to a refund being issued.
